Andrew Gulliford

Andrew was born in Cardiff in 1946, and is married with three sons. He was educated at The Cathedral School, Llandaff, Clifton College and London University.

He is a Chartered Surveyor and spent most of his career with Healey and Baker where he was Managing Partner and Deputy Senior Partner.

He is now on the boards of McKay Securities PLC, Helical Bar PLC, IRP Property Investments, Glenstone Property Group and is Property Adviser to The Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd.

His interests include travelling, military history and sport particularly rugby, cricket and boxing.


Ganed Andrew yng Nghaerdydd ym 1948 ac mae’n briod gyda thri mab. Fe’i addysgwyd yn Ysgol Y Gadeirlan, Llandaf, Clifton College a Phrifysgol Llundain.

Mae’n syrfëwr siartredig ac wedi treulio’r rhan fwyaf o’i yrfa gyda Healey and Baker lle roedd yn Reolwr-Bartner ac yn Ddirprwy Uwch Bartner.

Bellach, mae ar fyrddau McKay Securities PLC, Helical Bar PLC, IRP Property Investments, Glenstone Property Group ac mae’n Ymgynghorydd Eiddo i Gynllun Budd-dal Ymddeol Y Prifysgolion Cyf.
